'Ghostbusters: Afterlife': All Three Post-Credits Scenes, Explained
Ghostbusters: Hereafter isn't a Wonder movie, but with three scenes on during the credits or afterwards the credits, it kind of feels similar one. You translate that right… three scenes. To be ultra-specific, one scene is actually a mid-credits scene and the second and third amount at the identical end and are part of the same sequence. Anyway, let's smash down what happens in these scenes you bet it shakes up the wholeGhostbusters mythos.

Okay, the movie ends. The good guys win, with pivotal assists non scarce from Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson, but also the late, great Harold Ramis. So, when the credits start to roll, we get a scant, sweet on-screen tribute: "For Harold."
Sigourney Weaver returns!
Then the credits are rolling and, there's an interesting name among the cast: Sigourney Weaverbird. And… stopover. We get a cute, playful bit with Murray and Weaver as Peter Venkman and Dana Barrett at home doing a twist on the Ghostbusters scene in which Peter tested young women's ESP skills, praising the ladies and zapping the guys. Only now Peter is the unity getting zapped in his professorship, and Dana happily does the zapping as she wrings a long-held secret impossible of him. Are they a pair again? We hope so!
A deleted setting from 1984'sGhostbusters
Up next, sincerely post-credits, faithful fans are treated to a short, touching fit deleted from the original 1984 Ghostbusters. In it, Annie Potts' Janine gifts Ramis's Egon with a lucky coin from the 1964 Macrocosm's Fair in Queens, New York. If you've bought into the nostalgia-fest that is Afterlife, you'll be helpless to ut anything former than smile. And there's more.
Winston and Janine are aft in business
Janine, in the portray day, looks at that duplicate mint arsenic she goes to meet Hudson's Winston at his swanky New York office. Winston is patently a very, very, very successful businessman. And so cut to Winston visiting the old fire station from which the Ghostbusters once ran their busting line of work. The doors open and in rolls the Ecto-1, entirely spiffy and hindermost where it belongs. Who's driving the railcar? We don't see anyone. And now the tv camera descends into the firehouse's basement, location to a beaten containment building block. Uh-oh, it's blinking red, which spells trouble… and another sequel, one likely shelve in the Big Apple.
